Unable to Delete SSP (unprovisioning)
If you are stuck with SSP and have no clue how to get rid of it then you are at right place.
Use the SharePoint Master Tool (STSADM), nobody says "no" to Master ;-)
stsadm -o deletessp -title [-deletedatabases] -[force]
